Add the onion garlic water bouillon cubes crushed tomatoes diced tomatoes Worcestershire sauce bay leaves Italian seasoning and salt. Add ground beef mixture into a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Add in the uncooked elbow macaroni to the skillet. Cover again and cook the pasta for about 5 minutes or until firm to bite. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.

Place meat in crock pot. Many slow cookers have a sauté option. Cook for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Drain excess grease if needed and add back to skillet. Heat a 6-quart pot over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease or liquids.

Stir well until everything is combined. Instructions Brown ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet. Add in garlic chili powder and paprika.

Cook until meat is fully cooked and onions and peppers are softened. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix wellCover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Mix flour salt pepper and pour over meat.
